These Terms of Service govern your use of ReplyCo ("Service"), operated by ReplyCo ("we," "us," "our") at replyco.ai. By signing up or using our service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ReplyCo provides a done-for-you Google review reply management service. Specifically:
Reply volume limits apply per plan: Starter (up to 5 replies/month), Standard (up to 30 replies/month), High Volume (unlimited). If you consistently exceed your plan's volume, we will recommend upgrading.

You remain responsible for your Google Business Profile and the content posted to it. While we take care in crafting replies, you have the right to request edits or removal of any reply we post.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. All new accounts begin with a 14-day free trial. Your card will not be charged until the trial period ends.
Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access until the end of the billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. To cancel, contact us at [email protected] or cancel directly through your Stripe billing portal.
Upon cancellation we will remove our Manager access from your Google Business Profile within 5 business days. Your review history and previous replies remain on your profile.
We aim to reply to all reviews within 24 hours, 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. In the event of a service disruption, we will notify affected clients and make reasonable efforts to catch up on any missed replies.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as improved star ratings, increased bookings, or reduced negative reviews. We guarantee professional, timely responses to reviews received.
You grant ReplyCo permission to post replies to reviews on your Google Business Profile on your behalf. All replies are written to be professional, accurate, and appropriate for public business communication.
ReplyCo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to changes in review ratings, customer sentiment, or business performance.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate service to any account that violates these terms, uses our service for unlawful purposes, or engages in abusive behavior toward our team. In such cases, we will provide a pro-rated refund for unused service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Charleston County, South Carolina.
